J&E Development works in partnership with interior designer Kelli Holtz, ASID of Holtz Design Studio.

Kelli Holtz has been living and working the Colorado mountains since 2004 and joined the J&E Development team in 2011. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Art Institute of Colorado with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design. She has earned the prestigious certificate from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ), the mark of professionalism for interior design. Kelli is also a Professional Member of The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and brings this experience to every project, no matter the size or scope of work.

• Cabinetry- We are a exclusive dealer of KitchenCraft Cabinetry. We offer both the Intergra Line, a semi-custom to custom line and Aurora Line, a more economical solution.

• Flooring- We offer a wide variety of flooring options from tile, wood floors, cork floors, concrete floors, engineered hardwoods, laminates, carpet and reclaimed flooring.

• Lighting- We carry the most innovative, energy efficient lighting solutions from decorative fixtures, outdoor, architectural, spot and industrial lighting.

• Plumbing Fixtures- We work directly with Solutions Bath in Denver, they carry a wide range of kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures for every style of home and budget.

• Appliances- We work directly with Alpine Appliance Center and Unique off Grid appliances. 

• Building Material- We offer a variety of sustainable building materials from spray foam insulation, SmartSide- interior and exterior trim & siding material, TimerTech- composite decking, double/triple pane windows, and many other sustainable building products.

• Furniture- We represent multiple manufacturers of green/sustainable furniture companies. Schedule an appointment with Kelli to explore the different manufacturers available.

• Accessories- We offer full service interior design and the project is not complete until the final details are in place.  We carry everything from area rugs and artwork to throw pillows and window treatments.
