About Us

J & E Development, Inc. is an award-winning building company based in Breckenridge, Colorado.  Craig Campbell founded the company in 2001.  He strives to find ways to provide value, top craftsmanship and energy efficiency. 

J&E is a unique building company because not only does it provide construction management, but also interior design and Kitchen Craft Cabinetry.  This process allows J&E to have better quality control over the full scope of work and to carry the project design into the finishes. 

Craig cares deeply about the policies of Summit County, especially how builders can build better homes.  He recognizes that consumers want homes that are energy efficient but are now leaning more towards alternative energy, functional and artistic living space and an overall lower carbon footprint. These ideas agree with Craig's own philosophy and he is proud to provide this movement to his clients.  Actively, Craig serves on the Summit County Builders Association Board of Directors and is a county-wide commissioner on the Summit County Planning Commission.
